Dear Mr Urbassik,
I wanted to write to you this letter to tell you of an experience we had recently with the sale of our New York home. We were represented by one of your realtors, Ms. Jodie LoMeli, and it was because of this representation that we had a truly exceptional experience. Unfortunately, we began the sales process during the major downturn of the US economy and were severely impacted by the drop in housing prices and lack of qualified buyers. Even with this extremely tight situation, Jodie saw to it that we achieved the maximum current value for our home and a speedy close.
Jodie went above and beyond the call of duty with regards to our home sale. Not only was she extremely professional and courteous, answereing all of my questions and concerns in an understandable and timely manner, but Jodie was accessible to several different repair crews to insure that all of the updates to the house were performed on time and on budget. She also volunteered to do a portion of the work herself, dedicating several hours of her personal family time to the maintenance of my property. These unexpected acts of selflessness allowed my husband and I to remain in Texas throughout the selling process but have the assurance that our interests were protected. When we proceed with selling our other properties, I can only hope that we have a realtor half as qualified and completely client oriented as Ms. LoMeli. She was an extreme pleasure to work with, and you are lucky to have her on your team.
